With 90% of our orders coming from existing clients it is understandable that in the main this sees our teams working in upgrading or refurbishing existing facilities. However where our client needs to construct a new facility that will house high-tech controlled environments then T-SQUARED is the ideal choice to act as Main Contractor on such projects.

Projects like this involve the construction of the shell of the building and then the fitting out of the Cleanrooms and laboratories. The latter part needs real technical expertise while the shell construction is low-tech. The high-tech supplier is the obvious choice as “turnkey” contractor.
