Job Description

T-SQUARED P1 Ltd is the Scottish part of the T-SQUARED Group and is a Building Services contractor providing a design/build service for all HVAC projects but specialising in “turnkey” Cleanroom, Laboratory and other high-tech facilities. Our business is nearing its 10th anniversary and we are looking to expand the operations of our successful Glasgow based business.

Reporting to the Managing Director the Contracts Manager will be responsible for the profitable operation of T-SQUARED’s major projects work in Scotland. Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years related experience in the building services industry with proven experience at senior management level working with multi-disciplinary teams. A mechanical services background with experience in the design/build environment is essential as is a strong customer focus. “T-SQUARED looks after T-SQUARED by looking after its customers”.

Job Description

T-SQUARED P1 Ltd is the Scottish based part of the T-SQUARED Group and is a Building Services contractor providing a design/build service for all HVAC projects but specialising in “turnkey” Cleanroom, Laboratory and other high-tech facilities. Reporting to the Managing Director the Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for sales for the Scottish operations of the T-SQUARED projects side with both existing and new clients. As our business is design/build high levels of technical competence are required and CIBSE membership qualifications are essential. The successful candidate will also need to have an innovative approach to design with a very strong customer focus. “Good design can deliver something better or cheaper, great design will deliver both.”
