Cleanroom Design
T Squared in its "P" companies employs in-house design teams including a number of Chartered Engineers with extensive track records in designing HVAC systems, Cleanrooms and Laboratory installations.
In the HVAC industry all projects set challenges to the designer to find a solution that will work effectively and efficiently. For these challenges there are always a number of possible solutions and there is every opportunity for good design or bad design to prevail.

Innovative Design
At T Squared our designers are encouraged to explore all possible design solutions to come up with a final scheme that will offer significant benefits for our clients. There is an example in our Case Studies section of a Cleanroom extension project where the client had a budget of £630K but T Squared looked outside the box and came up with an innovative design that provided a better end product but for a capital cost of only £340K.
Design & Build
Almost all of our work is carried out on a design & build basis. It is stating the obvious but this works better when you have good designers and good project managers who can deliver the good design on time and to budget. T Squared has both of these in abundance and lots of delighted customers willing to testify to that.
One of the benefits of design & build is that the client has access to the designer and the builder. With traditional design team projects this does not happen.
Cleanroom & High Tech Laboratory Design
In projects involving facilities which have a very high strategic importance for our clients quality becomes as important as cost. On such projects Specialist Contractors such as T Squared form partnering relationships with the clients because experience has proved that at the end of the day this is the most efficient way to deliver a successful project.
With Cleanrooms and also with Laboratory projects where pressure regimes are critical the design and the build cannot be separated because of the potential for the client to be left as piggy in the middle with the designer and the builder blaming each other with the client picking up the tab.
