Background to the project

The client’s central dispensary was operating at maximum capacity and required continuous maintenance to preserve a GMP environment. The dispensary required a complete refurbishment, including provision of new dispensary containment booths.

Scope of the project

Following successful completion of a Cleanroom extension and upgrade project at their Inchinnan site, T-SQUARED were appointed to provide end-to-end project services for the central dispensary refurbishment project.

The scope of work included:

• Complete refurbishment of floor, ceiling, and lighting system
• Strip out of existing dispensing booths, and install of 5 new dispensing booths
• Install of new automated entrance door
• On site project management to meet business critical timescales

Timescales

Due to pressured production schedules the installation period for the refurbishment works was limited to 12 days. T-SQUARED completed the project ahead of schedule in 11 days, allowing production operations to begin early.
