Background to the project

After suffering a fire at their Corby packaging plant, Catalent Pharma Solutions urgently needed to keep operating and maintaining supplies to their customers despite the fire.

After identifying an unoccupied 900m2 area at their Swindon site, they moved quickly to identify a suitable partner who, in a 4 week timeframe, could deliver packing rooms, air locks and support areas compliant with required GMP levels.

Scope of the project

Packaging Lines – Phase 1

T-SQUARED was appointed to carry out the design, construction, installation and relocation of the works which included:

• Construction of new walls, floors and ceiling coverings
• HVAC Services
• Electrical Power services
• Alarm, sprinkler and access control systems
