Who We Are
T Squared is a vibrant young company aiming to provide its services to the whole of the UK from local offices manned by equity owning management teams. As we speak there are 5 Construction Centres as far apart as Southampton and Edinburgh.
The business of T Squared is on two fronts with two different types of companies. The "P" companies act as Specialist Contractors in the design and construction of Cleanrooms and High-Tech Laboratories where a "turnkey" service is essential. The skills involved here also lend themselves to less technical office fit-outs and refurbishments as it is the project management skills which are key.
Our "S" companies provide Service & Maintenance for our clients who need their HVAC plants to be available and reliable for the critical processes that they serve. Our "S" companies also carry out small works projects for their clients.
Our "P" and "S" companies are better for having each other to fall back on. Our service engineers can call upon technical back up from the Chartered Engineers in the local "P" company and for the major projects jobs having in-house service and maintenance engineers at hand is a major plus.
Although our marketplace is firmly aimed at the high-tech end with Cleanrooms and laboratories our engineers have strong mechanical services backgrounds so we are able to get involved with any projects involving HVAC works and this is exemplified in the Case Studies section of this website.
