T-SQUARED has been Edinburgh Airport's service and maintenance partner since 2012 when we were awarded the HVAC contract for the facility.

As a long-term service and maintenance partner, our remit includes planned preventative maintenance of all HVAC equipment. We are also responsible for emergency calls including 24/7 call out service and design and installation of boiler plant, comfort cooling systems, general ventilation and plumbing works. Our responsibility also extends to complete asset verification.

Since being awarded the original contract, our provision of fast and efficient response times to breakdowns has provided confidence for Edinburgh Airport to award us with a three-year contract. The contract is fully supported by a team of locally-based multi-disciplined mobile engineers and benefits from our in-house team of CIBSE qualified engineers.
